It is so refreshing to see a person who can see beyond the crappiness of the house to its underlying potential. Sheesh. If we listened to realtors, we'd think that there's not a person on the planet who can imagine their own stuff in a new space, if only they could also imagine the difference a bucket of paint makes.

Thank goodness I had a Realtor who knew I wasn't afraid of an older home with "good bones" since my money was tight. Once the last of my divorce settlement comes through, we'll be looking at new windows so that the heat doesn't fly right out the current windows next winter!!

"Good Bones" is all it takes....many newer homes can't withstand anywhere near what older homes have, can, and do to survive with comfort intact!
