3rd Daughter

The hat is fantastic! All the ends have been sewn in, all the holes have been sewn up and it was worn on the drive home. And we stopped at the knitting store (again!) and showed it off there. Needless to say, the ladies were impressed. I made sure to tell them that I had a wonderful teacher!!! I got a pair of beautiful rosewood size 8 knitting needles (too bad they were out of the boring regular kind!) and am now starting on my scarf. I think a monster has been created. GK for life!

Woo hoo for the new knitter.

Robin

I taught my daughter to knit about 6 years ago...she's just now showing interest in picking it up again...I guess there's always hope!
I LOVE that store! I'll have to mark it on places to go in the MidWest!
