Last weekend we didn't get to go geocaching since we had company.  This weekend we got back on track with our weekly tradition.  We went to one of the pumpkin farms in the county and stopped at a couple of caches along the way.

We always find amazing things along the way.  Today's included a garter snake, HUGE mushrooms, and a working pump water  fountain.

Hard to imagine that just a few hours earlier Panda was dressed to the nines for the homecoming dance! (She's just as comfortable tromping through the woods.)  It was a late night.  What's a Mom to do when she's waiting for her daughter to return home from the dance?  What else, she knits!  This time it  meant another stripe of the Fair Isle Sweater was completed and the sock that I started yesterday is nearly to the point of getting a heel...but there are enough photos in this post.
