Ooohh I'm sending positive vibes to your brother. May he heal well this time!

But I think, you also deserve to be frustrated sometimes. Even though we are gratefull, that our lifes just treats us with minor frustations (at least at the moment....), it's o.k. to feel frustated. We just need to know, that we are lucky to be o.k. overall! Just like you said. And it is better to let the frustration out instead of piling it up inside!

Absolutely! Better out than in!!!

Hey Sis....you are in my constant thoughts, and keeping your brother in my prayers as well. Hang in there...just remember to smile and laugh often!

Best of luck to your brother! What a scary business.

I absolutely love the exterior of your new house. It's pretty much my dream home, to be honest! Blue + brick + crisp white trim + neat roof lines.

And bravo to you for doing the gutters. Way to take control and solve problems. I was super proud of myself for installing a doorjamb. Very minor, but it turned out to be darn easy and take all of 5 minutes.

Yvonne

At least your gutters weren't like ours! We started noticing this spring that our gutters were growing itty bitty maple tree sprouts. It finally was dry enough for us to get up there and to our surprise they were pretty much packed with dirt like planter boxes growing little trees and weeds. Thankfully we only have a couple of small lengths of gutter or we really would have had a hard job ahead of us!
